Currently, shipping is only offered within the US to verified postal addresses, not including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

What is your return policy?

At Savvy & Sorted®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return the item for a full refund by store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a store credit refund, items must be received in the same condition you received them: unused and undamaged. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Savvy & Sorted® and must be paid by the customer.

We recommend providing a Shipment Tracking ID to confirm your return. Returns without a tracking ID that do not arrive back at our warehouse will not be eligible for a Store Credit Refund.

As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we encourage you to consider other uses for the product or donate to someone in need before opting for a return. How to get my chalk marker working?

To get your chalk marker working properly, follow these steps:

Shake Your Marker: Start by giving your marker a good shake. This helps to mix the ink inside.

Pump the Tip: Press the tip of the chalk marker onto a piece of scrap paper repeatedly, about 10-15 times. This action is designed to open the ink valve and start the flow of ink to the tip.

Shake Again: After pumping, replace the lid on the marker and shake vigorously once more. This ensures the ink moves closer to the tip.

Final Pumping: With the ink near the tip, it should only require a few more pumps to get the ink flowing properly. Once the ink starts to flow, additional pumping should only be necessary when you need more ink.

Cap the Marker: Always remember to put the lid back on the marker after use. This prevents the ink from drying out and protects the tip.
