At Savvy & Sorted®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return the item for a full refund by store credit within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a store credit refund, items must be received in the same condition you received them: unused and undamaged.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Savvy & Sorted® and must be paid by the customer. We recommend providing a Shipment Tracking ID to confirm your return. Returns without a tracking ID that do not arrive back at our warehouse within 30 days will not be eligible for a Store Credit Refund.

RETURN POLICY

Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges: 30 days from Order Date

Condition of Items Eligible for Return: Must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, and returned within 30 days of issued Return ID.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step-by-step Instructions for Initiating Return or Exchange: Please contact support@savvyandsorted.com to initiate a store credit return including your Order ID and issue with the product.

We will give you a Return ID and once your return item is received, inspected, and found to be in new condition, you will receive a store credit refund within 1-2 days.

Return Shipping Labels and Associated Costs: Return shipping costs are not covered by Savvy & Sorted® and must be paid by the customer.

We recommend providing a Shipment Tracking ID to confirm your return. Returns without a tracking ID that do not arrive back at our warehouse will not be eligible for a Store Credit Refund.

 

REFUNDS

Process for Issuing Refunds: Store Credit Refunds will be issued 1-2 days after your return order is received and inspected.

Store Credits: Store Credits are valid for six months from the date they are issued.

 

EXCHANGES

Instructions for Exchanging: Please contact support@savvyandsorted.com to initiate a store credit return including your Order ID and issue with the product.

Differences in Item Prices: We frequently offer sales on our items, providing great opportunities for savings. However, it's important to note that sale pricing is only available during the designated sale periods. We are unable to honor sale prices before or after a sale has concluded.
