I’m very incredibly happy in my dealings with Savvy & Sorted.The markers themselves are really good quality. I’m able to write on my fridge door & other non-porous, hard glossy surfaces with no dramas, the ink stays nice & bright white as it dries & washes off with just a bit of water.So I came back & bought another 2pk, however when it arrived there was only 1 marker in the box, & I couldn’t find a way to contact the company through Amazon - so instead I went to their contact page on the Savvy & Sorted website.They were really fantastic, responding very quickly & were very eager to correct the problem. Honestly I would’ve been thrilled with just a partial refund covering the missing marker, or sending me another to replace it, but they immediately sent out a new 2pk, which arrived all of 3 days after I sent them the original message.I really appreciated how open & approachable they were in communicating - it’s such a little thing in some ways, but so many big companies just fob you off onto a robot or run you in circles, try to palm off issues as being your fault somehow, or just ignore you completely.So while the markers in & of themselves would get 5 stars from me, Claudia their customer support officer very easily rates another 5 on her own.
