How to Assemble Your Chalkboard Signs

• Separate the base pieces:
  
  The wooden base comes in two pieces that are fitted together.
  
  Hold the base firmly and twist gently to separate them.
  
• Smooth the edges (optional)
  
  If you notice any rough edges, lightly sand them with a nail file to prevent splinters.
  
• Assemble the base
  
  Take the two base pieces and align them with the vertical slot/dent.
  
  Slide them together until they fit snugly, creating a cross-style stand.
  
• Attach the chalkboard
  
  Insert the chalkboard sign into the slot on the base.
  
  Make sure it stands upright and feels stable.

• For outdoor use
  
  If using outdoors, apply double-sided tape to the bottom of the base.
  
  Press firmly onto the table or surface to keep the sign in place.

Write your message

Use the included chalk sticks to write.

You can also use liquid chalk markers for bolder colors.

Erase and reuse

To remove writing, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

Allow to dry before writing again.
